Use that link I posted earlier and send them that number. They will fix it for you.
Both mine activated and work fine. If they aren’t taking care of you I recommend you just continue to hit them up on that support page I linked. Also continue to let RMRC about it, they were concerned and said they were going to make an effort to make sure they worked out of the box.

They got back to me today and say that they will work now. I will have to try them when I get home this evening.
Cory did Kiss get it to work for you? I posted on here and submitted a request on the main Kiss site. Not sure how long I’d have to wait for someone to respond. I have actually bought several KISS FCs lately from RMRC and only these last 2 won’t work out of the box.
